From Beginning to Competitive Skill Levels - Everyone Is Welcome!

BASIC Membership
(open gym style)
• Includes use of the gym any time we're open
• This is excellent for training on your own or with a friend
• Meet others with similar training styles
• Train intensely, wrestle with friends or even rough-up a little brother in a safe environment
• You decide how, what and when you train

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)
• 3 classes per week - M, W, F

BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu)
• 3 classes per week - T, Th, Sa

Kyokushin Full-Contact Karate
•3 classes per week - T, Th, Su

Private / Semi-Private / Group Classes
• Train specific styles with qualified instructors

Personal Training
• Get that one-on-one attention to reach the next level of training
• Instruction in weight training, MMA, BJJ, Kyokoshin, etc.

Clinics
• Learn the basics of many styles or sample certain styles to see what you like
